To submit a listing, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Listings will only be published once the payment has been received through the provided payment methods.
• Submissions will be processed and made live within three business days from the date of payment confirmation.
• Borkena does not guarantee specific viewership, ranking, or indexation of submitted listings. While we make efforts to ensure visibility, no assurance is given regarding the success or visibility of a listing.
• No Refund Policy:Once a listing is published within three business days, no refund will be provided.

• You are responsible for the content you submit, including ensuring it does not violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights.
• Borkena reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing that violates our guidelines, at our sole discretion.
• All listings must be accurate, truthful, and in line with the applicable business or product/service.

• Registered users can access viewership data and insights for their listings through the user dashboard area.
• Users can edit or update their listings as needed within the account area.

• While we make reasonable efforts to provide a secure and functional platform, Borkena assumes no liability for any interruptions or disruptions in service that may occur due to technical issues, server outages, or other factors beyond our control.
• You acknowledge that Borkena does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance of the website.
• Limitation of Liability:In no event shall Borkena be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to, any loss of profit, business interruption, or any other indirect or consequential damages.
